Virtual (Online) participation only – $50.00
Conference registration for virtual only participation. Virtual participants may present poster or oral presentations and will have access to all streaming sessions and the virtual poster sessions however we cannot guarantee access to all posters. Streaming sessions will be the Plenary (Wednesday afternoon), the Pearl Lecture (Wednesday evening), oral presentation sessions Thursday morning and afternoon, "In Place" session Friday afternoon. The joint HBA/AABA session Friday morning is not included in the online registration.
Student online registrations are eligible for discounts through the 2020 Diversity Initiative and all international student members of the HBA are eligible for free registration (please contact HBAtreas@gmail.com) for online only registration of international students.

1. Complete the on-line pre-registration process here. You will need to change your password upon first login, as this is a new registration system. You will be emailed a registration receipt with QR code.

2. Pre-registration will be available until Monday, March 21, 2022

As this is a hyflex meeting, all podium presentations will be livestreamed through the online platform Shindig ,and available to all meeting participants – both virtual and in person. Registered meeting participants will receive a link and information for logging on to the Shindig platform. Virtual presentations will be played during in per sessions over the Shindig platform and the Hyflex environment allows for real time participation of online members in the presentation Q and A periods. All poster presenters are requested to make their posters also available online and virtual posters, with contact information, will be viewable on a timed loop in the in person poster session on Wednesday, March 23 from 8am MST (GMT-7). We ask for everyone’s patience in the case of technological bumps along the way as we work to make the HBA meetings safe and accessible for all our members.
